Grow your culinary repertoire and learn how to make Korean recipes completely from scratch.

Fresh ingredients and unique flavors are on the menu in this interactive cooking class. Chef Chris will teach you how to make authentic Korean favorites that can be made vegetarian or with meat.

To begin the class, you'll make haemul pajeon, crispy seafood and green onion pancakes with red pepper and eggs. Next, craft japchae, a stir fry dish with sweet potato glass noodles, vegetables and beef, and make a spicy stew with kimchi, beef and tofu, and a stuffed cucumber kimchi. Finish by preparing dalgona sponge candy for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
