I recently had the pleasure of attending an Emily in Paris-inspired gourmet dinner experience with my sister through Cozymeal, and it was absolutely fantastic. Chef Chris created a warm, welcoming environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. He walked us through each step of the cooking process with clear instructions, while also keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging. The conversation flowed naturally, which made the experience feel very personal and relaxed. The menu was beautifully curated and delicious from start to finish. We prepared a cheese soufflé, seared duck breast with Dijon cream sauce, dauphinoise potatoes, fresh French baguette with butter, and a rich mousse au chocolat with fleur de sel. Every dish turned out amazing, and it truly felt like an elevated dining experience. I especially appreciated how interactive the class was—we weren’t just watching, we were fully involved in creating each course. It was also a fun opportunity to dress up and enjoy the full Parisian-inspired theme. I would highly recommend Chef Chris and Cozymeal to anyone looking for a unique, hands-on culinary experience. It’s perfect for a date night, girls’ night, or anyone wanting to learn new cooking skills in a fun and memorable way.

My girlfriend booked a party of four with Cozymeals for my 60th birthday gift. Chef Chris was warm, knowledgable and provided a fun learning and dining experience in his home. All the ingredients were fresh and preparation was thoroughly explained. All four dishes were excellent: pommes dauphinoise, cheese soufflé, seared duck breast with dijon cream sauce, and dark chocolate mousse. Even the first bites of bread were accompanied by a decademt, marvelously rich French butter infused with sea salt. I haven't had such a good time and meal with friends in a very long time. My friend Don is pictured as it is likely the only actual food prep he has ever performed outside of nuking a Hot Pocket. We would absolutely book another session with Chef Chris.

Hosted #cozymeal cooking class, Seasonal French Fare. Salmon pâté, lamb chops with butternut dauphinoise potatoes, and a chocolate soufflé. Chef Rodney was fantastic, charming, funny, and a great instructor. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening with him. Good wine, good friends, and great food! Everything was very delicious.

Had a wonderful experience and the food was amazing! Chef Amanda did an excellent job teaching us how to prepare our meal and had a great personality. The food was superb and very filling...we even had some leftovers to enjoy the next day. He explained not just what to do, but why, sharing tips and techniques from his European culinary training that felt totally approachable for home cooks. The menu was phenomenal from start to finish. The cheese soufflé was impossibly light and pillowy, the seared duck breast with Dijon cream sauce was restaurant-quality, and the dauphinoise potatoes were rich and perfectly executed. Then finishing with a decadent chocolate mousse… absolute perfection. The class was hands-on, relaxed, and fun — a great balance of learning and enjoying the moment (especially with a glass of wine). We walked away full, inspired, and confident we could recreate these dishes at home. Highly recommend this class to anyone who loves great food, French cuisine, or just a fantastic night out.

Booked the class Make French Macarons at a Wine Bar with Chef Amal in Atlanta (Upper Westside)

Chef Amal was great and she has incredible knowledge on baking macarons. The CozyMeal site does a disservice to the class by overselling the experience. For this particular class, you do not actually bake the macarons, you just simply learn about how to bake them and then you also learn simple techniques like piping. Be mindful when booking that if the class is being held in a restaurant or wine bar it will be the less hands-on version since there is no kitchen access. Absolutely five stars to Chef Amal, nothing at all negative towards her, as she is also aware of this issue with the website and how it lists her different classes.
