In it, you’ll take a leaf straight out of the Italian cookbook, learning from a world-class chef how to bring a taste of this renowned foodie country to your home table.

On the menu? A Caprese salad with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and sea salt plus spinach and ricotta gnocchi with pesto Genovese sauce. For dessert? End things on a sweet and sunny Sicilian note with an almond cake with sweet cannoli cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
