Cooking Class - Four-Course Italian Feast

Make a gorgeous, four-course Italian meal from scratch with Chef Shahida.

In this hands-on class, you will learn the fundamentals of Italian cooking, including selecting fresh, high-quality ingredients, with Chef Shahida as your guide.

First, you'll build an arugula and roasted beet salad studded with candied pistachios and drizzled with goat cheese vinaigrette. Then, learn techniques to preparing wild mushroom risotto with citrusy Meyer lemon, and cherry balsamic-marinated pork chops. For dessert, Chef Shahida will teach you how to whip up an elegant dark chocolate espresso mousse.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Such an amazing experience!!! She walked us through each step, not just instructionally but explained the reasoning behind them. Not only was the food the best I have experienced she was a fantastic conversationalist. I plan to book Chef Shahida again soon.
