What You’ll Do

Roll sushi like the pros into neat, colorful circles full of fresh flavor.

Turn your kitchen into a sushi bar thanks to this immersive cooking class. Expertly slice ultra-fresh fish into thin pieces, perfect for layering with homemade sticky rice, seasoned with mirin and soy sauce, and colorful veggies like avocado or cucumber. Homemade sushi is balanced and delicious, perfect for a weeknight dinner or a fabulous party.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Cooked steak, fries, and lava cakes! Instruction was great, more from the professional chef as some of the printed instructions were unclear, and the food was tasty. Class didn't start on time, which is a shame because we picked the later session and ultimately didn't have dinner until after 9pm. I would have liked some more instruction on how to make the same or similar recipes without all the fancy equipment, and advice on how to be more efficient in the kitchen. Also, there should be a dedicated dining area, as it's uncomfortable to eat standing up.
