Cooking Class - Traditional Rustic Breads

What You’ll Do

The season is primed for this selection of hearty loaves baked fresh from scratch.

If there's room on your home counter new bakes, try a cooking class celebrating the simple pleasures of rustic bread! Begin by creating yeasted dough in a step-by-step session led by a top-shelf local baker. Then, transform your base into two incredible Italian loaves: roasted vegetable focaccia and rustic ciabatta.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
