Create Old World trattoria fare in this cooking class, where you'll learn essential knife skills while transforming fresh ingredients into a classic Italian menu.
Class begins with Chef Tera teaching you how to build a crisp wedge salad topped with blue cheese and bacon. Next, learn how to sauté chicken cutlets to perfection, pairing them with a lemony caper sauce, and creamy garlic butter potatoes and tender asparagus on the side. As a sweet finale, prepare an elegant dish of wine-poached cherries with mascarpone.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
