The sweet side of France comes to your table in this exciting cooking class. Your extraordinary instructor helps you create bakes and confections with premium Parisian pedigree, specialties like sea salt caramels, palmiers with lemon sugar and glazed eclairs gleaming with chocolatey decadence. Each recipe is a study of refined technique and timeless flavor.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

I’m no longer intimidated by preparing a Beef Wellington thanks to Chef Karen! Chef walked us through each step of preparation and voila! The best Beef Wellington accompanied by green beans and mashed potatoes! I’ll be making this menu for my family soon!
