Learn how to make a savory, plant-based Japanese ramen from scratch with Chef Megan.

In this interactive cooking class, you'll prepare from-scratch vegan versions of traditional Japanese dishes, including richly flavored ramen and a beloved dessert.

Begin with sesame green beans and a tangy cucumber salad. Next, you will make fresh noodles and a deep, flavorful broth for your ramen. Then, Chef Megan will show you how to cook tofu chashu and garnish your bowl. For dessert, practice making adorable fish-shaped pancakes filled with sweet red bean paste using a traditional taiyaki pan.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a fantastic way to celebrate our friend's birthday! Three of us went to the cooking class and couldn't have loved it more! Chef Megan is knowledgeable and tons of fun!
