In this hands-on class, you will join Chef Danushka in creating an elegant four-course Italian menu with an emphasis on seasonality. Chef Danushka also shares some useful tips and tricks, such as how to create an abundance of great flavors using herbs and citrus instead of adding the heaviness of butter and oil to dishes.

Some recipes you can look forward to preparing include perfectly succulent sautéed chicken breasts with savory herb butter, as well as risotto loaded with seasonal garden vegetables. End the class with delectable brownies with a hint of hazelnut.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
