Cooking Class - Central Italian Cuisine
In this hands-on class with Chef Zach, you will learn how to prepare a three-course meal you would typically find in Central Italy, which is considered to be the powerhouse of Italian regional cooking.
First, you'll learn how to make fresh spinach and egg fettuccine from scratch. Then, Chef Zach will show you how to make a delicious insalata tricolore before ending the class with an authentic custard with fresh berries for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
