Cooking Class - The Flavors of Greece
In this hands-on class with Chef Zach, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Greek menu using a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients, and time-honored Mediterranean culinary techniques that yield bold and bright flavor profiles.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include juicy lamb meatballs with fresh herbs, homemade tzatziki sauce, an orzo salad with feta and a kaleidoscopic array of fresh produce, and a baklava-inspired dessert with nuts and golden apricot honey.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
