Cooking Class - Essential Vegan Thai
Let Chef Danushka awaken your senses to the incredible possibilities of vegan and gluten-free Thai cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. She'll share her secrets for leaving out meat, eggs, and dairy ingredients without sacrificing flavor in this gluten-free feast.
Your lesson includes spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables and served with a roasted peanut dipping sauce followed by grilled tofu robed in red curry coconut sauce, served with spinach and rice. You'll also whip up a mind-blowing chocolate pudding made with avocados and sweetened with maple syrup for a vegan treat you won't forget.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
