Cooking Class - Fresh Cooking With Indian Flavors
Chef Taruna not only knows the importance of using fresh ingredients, but how to unlock their full potential. In this hands-on class, you will create a mosaic of flavorful dishes using fresh ingredients and pairing them with seasonings and spices that elevate them to the next level.
Each recipe, such as flavorful Indian-style chicken salad, shrimp with bell peppers and tomatoes and savory lentil stew, use hormone-free meats, seasonal vegetables and healthy legumes as main ingredients. This dinner party-style class allows you to take turns enjoying the cooking process as well as enjoying the food together with a family style dinner.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
