Chefs Ash and Taruna not only know the importance of using fresh ingredients, but how to unlock their full potential. In this hands-on class, you will create a mosaic of flavorful dishes using fresh ingredients and pairing them with seasonings and spices that elevate them to the next level.

All of the recipes, such as flavorful Indian-style chicken salad and savory lentil soup, use hormone-free meats, seasonal vegetables, and healthy legumes as main ingredients. This dinner party-style class allows you to take turns enjoying the cooking process as well as enjoying the food together with a family-style dinner.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chefs Ash and Taruna are a husband and wife team who are outstanding hosts to many Indian-inspired cooking classes, which actually seem more like dinner parties with friends. Chef Ash was trained at the Taj Mahal Hotel in India and gained experience at the renowned Bombay Club in Washington, D.C. Taruna has extensive event planning experience and has worked for an iconic Austin restaurant for many years.
