I would recommend to everyone! Just learning the history of the Indian dishes and learning the recipes hands on was awesome, and Taruna is great!

Chef Taruna was great. The experience was like going to a friends house, cooking dinner, eating and chatting. We learned about some spices we had not used before with Indian cuisine. I would highly recommend Chef Taruna.

It's a great experience!! I recommend this class with Chef Taruna 100%, she guide you through all the process, you have an active role all the time and then you get to enjoy your creations. Everything was delicious, she even printed the recipes for us to make sure that we wont have any problems to do them again. Great for couples or for one person, I definitely will take more classes with her.

Ann and I are 78 and were at first surprised when a couple in their 40's joined us with Chef Taruna and her daughter Tara. The evening couldn't have been better. The exchange of information and viewpoints was comfortable and flowing. Chef Taruna was able to open our eyes and ears with quips and tales of her growing up in India with a grandmother still much part of her family caste. Coincidentally, both of the male guests take cooking seriously. I couldn't resist showing my cohort the different method I used for preparing fresh garlic. The plate of appetizers we each prepared all included the boiled potato awaiting one of several sauces. Much of the preparation time was shared together around the stove. I was pleased to learn of the Indian grocery store in Austin which I was not aware despite living here 17 years. Sitting together sharing our family meal and company made the taste that much more memorable. Thanks Again, Charles Cresswell
