Cooking Class - Step-by-Step Croissants

What You'll Do

Craft sweet and savory croissants from start to finish.

In this comprehensive cooking class, you’ll practice time-honored techniques for making light and buttery croissants. An expert chef will teach you the process for preparing laminated dough. Then, you’ll learn tips for rolling, shaping and proofing your creations. By the end of this lesson, you’ll have a variety of flaky croissants to take home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

I’m no longer intimidated by preparing a Beef Wellington thanks to Chef Karen! Chef walked us through each step of preparation and voila! The best Beef Wellington accompanied by green beans and mashed potatoes! I’ll be making this menu for my family soon!
