Anybody looking for ways to spice up their party’s culinary proceedings need look no further than this exciting Spanish cooking class. Under the guidance of an esteemed chef, you’ll quickly learn the traditional techniques required to master a host of the country’s most iconic recipes. On the menu? Classic seafood paella, patatas bravas and a vibrant kale salad with Marcona almonds and manchego. For those who have a sweet tooth, you'll learn to curb their cravings with some silky Spanish custard and caramelized sugar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
