Take a trip to Thailand in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Susie where you’ll learn three simple, yet flavorful recipes influenced by Thai favorites, and discover how to manipulate classic ingredients, such as fresh vegetables, cilantro and coconut milk, to achieve their full potential.
Chef Susie will first teach you how to craft healthy, vegetable-filled spring rolls and prepare authentic pad Thai with rice noodles and chicken. For dessert, you’ll learn a recipe for sticky rice using fresh mango.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Susie was very knowledgeable and a great teacher! We really liked her explaining the how/why of each step of the process. The best part for us was how she explained, and allowed us to taste, how each ingredient impacted/changed the flavor. This was a great experience and would highly recommend!
