What You’ll Do

Learn fundamental baking techniques with a selection of seasonal treats.

In this baking-themed cooking class, you’ll practice foundational methods while preparing an exquisite array of fragrant, autumnal delights. The chef will teach you how to make a buttermilk glaze for pumpkin donuts and roll out pastry for tangy cranberry-apple tartlets. Highlight the flavors of the season with these essential baking techniques.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
