What You’ll Do

Transform your garden harvest into a flavor-packed gourmet meal.

This hands-on cooking class showcases techniques for making the most of fresh-picked produce. Your chef instructor teaches you how to elevate steak with roasted garlic compound butter and sauté green beans to the ideal consistency. Hone your knife skills and flavor palate as you chop mint for fragrant pesto and mix up a tangy vinaigrette.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
