What You’ll Do

Simple but well-executed preparations of seasonal ingredients makes for a memorable French-infused meal.

Put some French flare on your homemade steak night with this hands-on cooking class. Discover how to perfectly pan-sear for a nice crust, then add a punch of flavor with a shallot and herb compound butter. Caramelize onions and simmer a summer vegetable stew for a well-rounded and classic French meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
