Bring a touch of international flair to the classic steakhouse menu
This hands-on cooking class infuses traditional steakhouse dishes with regional ingredients and techniques from Japanese cuisine. Follow along with a world-class chef instructor as you transform familiar favorites with an Asian twist. You will learn essential techniques from time-honored Asian cuisines to elevate your culinary repertoire.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was perfect! The instructor was excellent, we had hands on learning, and the experience was wonderful. Signing up through cozymeal was iffy because the location wasn't posted until after I signed up and the instructor was different than advertised, but it was still a great class

Chef Nick turned his love of sharing food with his family into a culinary career centered on teaching novice cooks in the Austin area. His grandmother inspired him to choose cuisine as a life path, encouraging him to follow his heart in all pursuits. When he's not inventing new recipes to dazzle the tastebuds of everyone who tries them, Chef Nick loves spending time with his family and sharpening his pool game.
