Cooking Class - Meat and Potatoes: Simple French Cooking

Not all French cooking is complicated.

This cooking class explores the more casual side of French cooking. From steak frites to aioli, you'll prepare simple dishes with a French twist. The unexpected highlight of this class is the salad which combines refreshing frisée with bacon lardons and a warm poached egg. End the meal with flambéed crêpes Suzettes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
