What You’ll Do

Who said you need a passport to taste the coastal flavors of France?.

Bring the magic of your favorite French bistro home with the help of this authentic cooking class. You’ll master dishes straight from the shores of France, all under the guidance of a world-class chef. Learning their most closely-guarded culinary secrets, you’ll whip up a satisfying menu of moules frites, a frisée salad with poached eggs and bacon lardons, plus a decadent chocolate mousse — none of which your friends will believe is homemade.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
