Cooking Class - Knife Block 101
Learn how to use all of the knives in your knife block properly.
If you always reach for the same knife, this cooking class is perfect for you. Our chef instructor will demonstrate the proper use for a variety of knives plus safety tips and proper maintenance. Being able to take advantage of all the tools in your toolbox makes home cooking much more enjoyable.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was perfect! The instructor was excellent, we had hands on learning, and the experience was wonderful. Signing up through cozymeal was iffy because the location wasn't posted until after I signed up and the instructor was different than advertised, but it was still a great class
