Cooking Class - Seasonal Asian Fare
In this hands-on class, you will prepare a unique and creative four-course seasonal Asian menu Chef Danushka has created for you. You will master essential knife skills, be introduced to new spices and seasonings, and learn how to decoratively plate your culinary creations.
A few savory recipes you can look forward to preparing include a comforting chicken wonton soup, and scallion rice cakes with sesame seeds. Chef Danushka also has an incredibly fun dessert for you to cap off the evening: tempura banana with chocolate sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
