French cooking is often clouded in mystery, but this cooking class is proof that it’s far more approachable than you think. In it, a renowned chef will quickly help you pull back the curtain on France’s time-honored culinary traditions. They’ll teach you to rustle up a menu featuring salmon en papillote, herb-roasted potatoes and braised leeks with tarragon-mustard vinaigrette. Do you have a sweet tooth? Then some chocolate crêpes with Chantilly cream are sure to curb your cravings.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef
After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
