What You’ll Do

Take on a shared culinary challenge that demands communication, collaboration and creativity in equal measure.

This team building activity is a far-cry from the boredom-inducing boardroom presentations that your squad have gotten used to. Instead, this culinary session offers the chance to learn first hand from a renowned local chef.

Menus cover everything from rustic Tuscan cuisine and hearty French bistro to the flavors of Cajun cooking. What’s more, session demands the undivided attention of your team. They’ll have to practice good timekeeping, remain focused on the task at hand – and most importantly – they’ll have to communicate and work together. And since they’ll be focused on the food, they won’t even realize that they’re growing as a team! In other words, if trust falls and Powerpoint presentations are failing to raise your team’s spirits, then a cooking class might just be the source of inspiration your crew needs to enliven the office atmosphere – book today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I’m no longer intimidated by preparing a Beef Wellington thanks to Chef Karen! Chef walked us through each step of preparation and voila! The best Beef Wellington accompanied by green beans and mashed potatoes! I’ll be making this menu for my family soon!

Zackary was amazing. Had lots of fun and was well worth over an 1hr drive to Austin to go. Looking forward to attending many more classes with Zachary
