What You’ll Do

Keep the home fires burning with a cozy spread designed for seasonal enjoyment.

Set your table with a selection of soothing specialties in a cooking class that places hearty comfort food at the center of the table. Use premium cookware while following step-by-step instruction from a premier local chef to create hot honey glazed chicken, homemade biscuits, roasted butternut squash and fresh apple crisp from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

Wonderful class, Chef Zachary as part of the company this was hosted at, was an amazing teacher and helped us greatly in learning more! Amazing food and environment!
