Cooking Class - Charcuterie Board Feast

Have you ever wondered how to select the best ingredients for a charcuterie board? Discover the secrets to crafting gorgeous charcuterie boards, including presentation and techniques, in this cooking class with Chef Susie.

Class begins with Chef Susie uncovering the origins of cheese and sharing how to pair each cheese tastefully with beer or wine. You'll also make mixed spicy nuts, spicy bacon ribbons and mixed berry compote completely from scratch, and begin building your board with a variety of cured meat, antipasto and chocolate-covered fruit for a sweet touch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
