Chef Lee was great and I learned a lot. But two days later I still don’t have the recipes. It would have been helpful to have them at the class so we could take notes.

My friend and I had a great time learning how to make delicious French cuisine! We ended up collaborating with another couple, which actually added to the fun. The chef also sends you a copy of the recipe afterward—perfect for continuing to practice and build on the new skills I learned!

Lee was excellent. I will try to take another class with her. I just wish that we could have had a handout with the recipes. I wanted to take notes and I am more visual than auditory.
