What You’ll Do

Who says you need to visit a restaurant to enjoy Korean BBQ?

Take your friends and family on a tasting tour of Korea with the skills you’ll learn in this dedicated cooking class. Learning from a renowned chef, you’ll quickly get to grips with classic Korean BBQ recipes like grilled bulgogi beef lettuce wraps and cast iron skillet pancakes. Add to these stir-fried glass noodles with fresh vegetables and a marinated cucumber salad with sesame and scallions and you’ll have everything you need to wow even your most discerning culinary companions.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
