What You’ll Do

Master the art of making flaky and airy croissants from scratch.

Learn how to make the iconic French croissant in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of a chef instructor, learn the ingredients to make croissant dough. Plus, learn to knead and laminate it to get airy, flaky layers and add ingredients to make two types of croissants. You'll shape the dough and bake until golden brown.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

I’m no longer intimidated by preparing a Beef Wellington thanks to Chef Karen! Chef walked us through each step of preparation and voila! The best Beef Wellington accompanied by green beans and mashed potatoes! I’ll be making this menu for my family soon!
