What You’ll Do

There's no creation in the French baking tradition more sumptuous than the classic croissants you'll make in this enticing cooking class. Work side-by-side with an expert baker to prepare your own authentic dough, laminated with loads of creamy butter. Then, transform it into a batch of pitch-perfect croissants worthy of the finest French patisserie!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
