Chef Kenneth was amazing! I booked this class to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and we had a blast. We loved everything on the menu - particularly the gnocchi. He also left us with leftovers which were greatly appreciated. Cannot recommend Chef Kenneth enough :)

We cooked steam fish and lots of other delicious food! My favorite part was chef Kenny taught us a lot tips and tricks on how to the knife better and more efficiently. He definitely improved our knife skills. It was a anniversary present and we had a great time!

Chef Kenny was fantastic. Every dish was simple yet delicious. I particularly loved the pot stickers and the dessert: coconut cream with tapioca and diced melon. I learned a ton of little cooking tips and tricks that I'll begin to incorporate into my own cooking. I never knew there were right- and left-handed knives, but now I do! He also had a great sense of humor. It was a pleasure cooking with him and I would love to work with him again.

Chef Ken was great-had a relaxed easygoing but professional manner. He came with everything he needed short of a blender which we provided for and assorted pots/pans. We learned a lot-and were put to work in a fun voluntary manner..our groups got their hands dirty from time to time but Ken also cooked/kept things moving forward as we were also catching up while watching/learning. I was impressed by the time saving use of the blender and various shortcuts learned to save time/effort that provided delicious results! Chef Ken taught us how easy some of these dishes were to make-incredible arancini in a marinara sauce, a fantastic Caesar salad w homemade dressing, homemade gnocchi in a Gorgonzola sauce, and delicious homemade cannoli w chocolate chip ricotta filling! He did a great job of passing tips and tricks along the way.. Our group learned a lot and agreed we would like to recreate some of these dishes at home again. I would recommend working w Chef Ken for your next cooking lesson/dinner party!

Chef Kenny was fantastic! We cooked an Italian meal w/ salad, arrancini, gnocci and cannoli all from scratch. Kenny was really knowledgeable, and explained a lot of little cooking tips and tricks along the way. The food was delicious, and I feel like I came out of the class a better cook.

Chef Kenneth was amazing! He arrived right on time, taught us so much, and was so incredibly personable. It felt like we were cooking and being taught by a friend. The dishes we made were AMAZING. He showed us that cooking doesn't have to be needlessly complicated to be delicious. He was beyond courteous and great to speak with. I learned a lot of tricks from him that I will be implementing from now on with cooking. I would definitely hire him again!

Chef Todd was amazing!!! He included all of us in preparing an awesome meal. The recipes were relatively simple, yet the out come was off the charts delicious!!! Chef and his wife Millie are an unbelievable team. They served the food in an artistic and loving fashion as well as cleaned everything. I would easily rate them a 20 on a 1 to 10 scale. This was really an amazing class! Chef Kenneth has very relaxed good energy, and was an excellent teacher. We took turns watching him explain and prepare certain parts of the meal, and then we prepped every part we wanted to try our hand at (which were most parts). The food was incredible when it all came out and we even had leftovers we enjoyed happily the next day. Thanks Chef Kenneth!

**This was Chef Todd’s first Client Home cooking class experience** AND IT WAS GREAT. Chef Todd made this experience super insightful, teaching us technique and the art of Creole cuisine, while keeping it fun and playful. Chef Todd was flexible and gracious with dietary accommodations and he created a fun environment for our holiday gathering. He somehow got a group of us amateurs to make an extraordinary meal that was scrumptious and we will have great memories of the evening. He and Cozymeal managed to find a cool location for us in Brooklyn when the usual Manhattan venue was booked on the date of our event. Kudos to the very talented Chef Todd and his awesome sous-chef as well.

Chef Todd hosted an amazing class for our team-building! He guided all of us through a seamless experience where we learned how to make pasta from scratch! There were 25 of us and Chef Todd was meticulous in ensuring we were all involved and engaged. In the end, the food was also delicious. If you are looking for a team building experience, I highly recommend Chef Todd - we all learned new skills during the class and had a lot of team bonding.

We had our semi annual company wide event with Chef Iva and his team, and we chose the Chopped Cooking Challenge! Chef Ivan and his team did such a great job in setting this event up, and our team had so much fun. Chef Ivan took all of our dietary preferences and allergies into account and created a super tasty and easy to use ingredients table. Their feedback when judging our dishes was also accurate and hilarious - one group undercooked their chicken, and the Chefs made it known haha! We'll definitely book another team event.

This was an amazing and fun experience. The chefs, Ivan and Nora, were so helpful and made everyone feel comfortable. I really cannot say enough good things about them or the experience - we did the Iron Chef Challenge theme and had the best time, even the team members who were a bit skeptical of the event loved it in the end. You will have to sign up and do a class with Chef Ivan and team to experience to understand all the good things said here and by others.
