Become a seasoned chef as you learn from the best chefs alongside your team.

A menu of authentic Italian flavors will be the star of this hands-on team building cooking class where Chef Danny will guide your group through a traditional Italian meal that includes pasta making and tiramisu.

To begin, craft a salad topped with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Then, learn how to create fresh pasta from scratch with flour, eggs and salt and pair it with ricotta and Parmesan cheese, and make rich chicken Marsala with mushrooms in a reduced wine sauce. An indulgent tiramisu topped with chocolate and espresso serves as the dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.

My husband and I had a great, and educational experience with Chef Y. We learned so much and the chefs were so helpful and everything is hands on! We ended up having a great time working together and with other couples! Then ended up having a delicious 4 course meal! Definitely will be doing another class soon!

Chef Tianna Ottley was excellent! Class size was too big for available workspace/equipment. Recipes should have been printed out and given to all participants at the class.

We would have liked to learn how to do more variations of sealing and folding dumplings and the recipes for the fillings. We tipped the chefs at the event.
