Chef Kenneth has curated a decadent four-course menu for this private chef experience, that begins with succulent scallops pan-seared and served with olive tapenade. Next, savor salmon roasted to perfection and sided by peas prepared three ways, and homemade gnocchi topped with mushrooms and black truffle dust. For dessert, sink your fork into classic apple tart tatin.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

After receiving his diploma from The French Culinary Institute, he began an adventure in cuisine that led him from line cook to sous chef to executive chef, with stops at James Beard award-winning restaurants along the way.
