Discover what modern New American cuisine is all about in this private chef experience. Some of the dishes Chef Kenneth will prepare and serve include blackened swordfish sided chorizo and haricots verts, savory steak tartare with cornichon and homemade potato chips, and a delicate berry Napoleon layered with pastry cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Ken was amazing! Very chill and fun to talk to. And of course he was a great chef and teacher. He brought so many ingredients and we made so much delicious food, with plenty of leftovers.
