Join Chef Logan for an in-depth introduction into the Maillard reaction and other cooking techniques.

Take a dive into the chemistry side of cooking in this interactive, live online cooking class with Chef Logan. You’ll learn all about the Maillard reaction — how to transform texture and flavor by cooking food until the natural sugars begin to caramelize — along with new knife skills, such as chiffonade and julienne cuts. Some of the recipes you'll prepare include roasted salsa roja and Mexican street-style Cajun chicken tacos served with a variety of toppings.

Excellent class. Chef Logan was great. I learned some knife skills and made wonderful salsa. Some friends and I booked the class together and it was fun way to connect.

I really enjoyed the cooking class. I took the "A Focus on Cooking Techniques" class with Chef Logan. It was a great tasting salsa and a great tasting taco. It was a fun and enjoyable experience and Chef Logan did a great job.
