Online Cooking Class + Wine Tasting - Intro to Spanish Wine and Tapas

Explore the vibrant recipes and aromatic wines of Spain in this online cooking class.

Travel across Spain (no passport needed!) in this interactive virtual cooking class with Chef Angela-Michelle. Learn how to craft a variety of Spanish tapas to pair with authentic wines, including fresh gambias al ajillo and pan con tomate. You'll also prepare patatas bravas with smoked paprika aioli, and Andalusian pinchitos with saffron. Tapas will be paired with Blanco Rioja and Cava wines.

This is my second class with Angela (I’ve done 6 classes in total through cozymeal so far). She is AMAZING! He dishes are fabulous. She has the greatest personality. We would love to cook with her in person one day. Pre prepping is a must for her classes but it is worth it.
