Online Cooking Class + Wine Tasting - Intro to Spanish Wine and Tapas
Travel across Spain (no passport needed!) in this interactive virtual cooking class with Chef Angela-Michelle. Learn how to craft a variety of Spanish tapas to pair with authentic wines, including fresh gambias al ajillo and pan con tomate. You'll also prepare patatas bravas with smoked paprika aioli, and Andalusian pinchitos with saffron. Tapas will be paired with Blanco Rioja and Cava wines.
