Online Mixology Class - Bartending 101: Perfecting the Pour

Learn bartending basics from mixing a drink to talking like the one behind a bar.

In this online mixology class, Mixologist Erika will guide you through the essentials of bartending. Assume the role behind the bar and practice the skills necessary for an aspiring bartender - from pouring to talking.

Start with picking up the basic building blocks needed to create the classics, then move on to the greatest tricks and techniques of successful bartenders. The goal is to set you up to feel like you know what you are talking about when it comes to being behind the stick, because after this class you WILL know what you are talking about!

    Public class sizes are between 6 to 20 connections to provide an opportunity for all guests to participate and ask questions. Private classes can accommodate up to 498 guests.

Triple Sec
Red or "sweet" Vermouth
White or "dry" Vermouth

at least 50mls of
Angusturra Bitters
Orange Bitters

A small can each of:
tonic water
cranberry juice

5 Lemons
5 Limes
1 grapefruit
an egg

2 tablespoons of Turbinado Sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar
3/4 cup water

Three or more trays of home made ice or one bag
