Join Chef Angela-Michelle as she guides you through an array of appetizers paired with bubbly wines across four courses. First, you'll dive into making a smoked salmon sushi roll and vegetable spring rolls. Next, prepare shrimp and pork dumplings stuffed with fresh Napa cabbage and served with a side of dipping sauce. Enjoy each recipe with a variety of sparkling wines, including moscato, d'Asti or brut.

Prep Work Details

Before we embark on some culinary fun, we must first properly prepare to ensure a seamless and timely event. The items listed below must be completed PRIOR TO the class start time: 1. Have everything chopped, diced, sliced, minced, etc. 2. Have all ingredients measured out and ready to use. 3. Have all cooking tools and equipment out on your countertop or cooktop. 4. Have the sushi rice cooked and cooled. 5. Have the dipping sauce prepared. 6. Have the cabbage cooked and cooled for the spring rolls. 7. Have all of the ingredients of the spring rolls in a mixing bowl. 8. Have the shrimp for the dumplings shelled, deveined, and finely chopped. 9. Have all of the ingredients for the dumplings in a large mixing bowl. 10. Have a clean damp towel handy to use with the egg roll wraps for the spring rolls and wonton wraps for the dumplings. Also note, the measurements listed on the recipes are specific to the time frame allotted for the event. Therefore, anyone attempting to double or triple the recipe won't be able to keep up with the flow of the cooking class.
