Private Chef - Classic Creole Cuisine
Chef Kymberly has prepared a menu of classic Creole dishes with a fine dining twist for this private chef experience. You'll enjoy fresh seafood, perfectly-spiced Creole rice and more as you dine. Begin with a starter of fried corn with peppers and garlic, then enjoy blackened salmon with fried Creole rice studded with vegetables. After these fine dishes, you'll get to try fresh seafood boiled to perfection. For dessert, indulge in bread pudding with a creamy whisky sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
