Discover the elevated side of Mediterranean fare with Chef Jamie.

Enjoy a mix of fresh and decadent flavors in this private chef experience. Begin with a grilled shrimp chopped salad nestled in a cucumber boat. Next, Chef Jamie will serve a grilled chicken breast over a creamy hummus that has an assortment of seasonal vegetables nestled right in, and topped with a refreshing mint yogurt sauce. For dessert, a sweet baked pear drizzled with sweet honey and topped with a candied nut crumble and fresh whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We chose this class for a birthday celebration/date night and had the best time! Chef Jamie made the experience really relaxed and informative and we learned a lot while having so much fun. I would absolutely book again!

My sister, cousins, and I had such a great time at this cooking experience. Chef Jamie was not only super chill and funny but also made everything feel approachable and fun. The food turned out incredible, especially the pisto with bread and the sweet potato and bean filling for the empanadas, honestly, I’d eat that filling on its own. We came in thinking we might leave a little hungry, but we were so full by the end basically fighting to keep eating. The kitchen space was perfect for a group, with plenty of room for everyone to get hands-on. We all were able to chop, stir, pour, season, and Chef was super open to all our questions. We learned a lot about reducing food waste, proper knife techniques, and storing produce, plus got to hear about Chef’s path to becoming a private chef. Also, random but worth mentioning, the whole place had a super peaceful vibe (shoes off at the door), and the bathroom? Gorgeous. Skylight and all. Highly recommend this experience!
