This class was GREAT. Davide was so attentive to the students and made sure that we were all progressing along. He managed the class time well, and even gave us a minute or two to clean along the way. His stories were informative and I learned more about wine from any other mixology class I'd taken. Spaghetti and meatballs seems like an "easy" recipe that "anyone" could do, but wait until you taste it made under the guidance of a chef.

Great class! Chef Davide was excellent! In addition to providing detailed cooking instructions he also shared information about the region and wines. The spaghetti and meatballs were delicious…will definitely be taking another class with Chef Davide!!!

We have now taken 2 classes with Chef Davide and have learned so much. Davide starts the class with the agenda and then takes you on a trip to Italy with his food. He shares what I'm sure are family tips to take a simple dish such as spaghetti and meatballs to the next level.
