Online Cooking Class - Holiday Hot Cocoa and Chocolate Bark

Chef Stacy will begin by teaching you how to make boozy (or non-alcoholic) hot chocolate to enjoy during class. Then, learn how to create simple, no-bake chocolate bark topped with ingredients like pistachios, dried cherries and crushed peppermints. Save them for yourself or gift to others as holiday presents!

Chocolate liqueur, or bourbon, rum, or a cream liqueur
Vanilla extract
Salt
Optional hot chocolate toppings: Mini marshmallows, whipped cream, chocolate shavings or sprinkles
White chocolate chips
Pistachio nuts, shells removed
Dried tart cherries
Dark chocolate chips
Pretzels
Dry-roasted peanuts (or roasted mixed nuts, almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, pistachios, etc.)
Peppermint candy canes (or peppermint candies)
Peppermint oil (not extract)
