Taught live from Tivoli just outside of Rome, Italy, you'll learn to create handmade classics, beginning with creamy and crunchy Alfredo risotto. Then, you'll prepare a savory broth with garden-fresh herbs and vegetables before hand-churning three authentic gelato flavors: Vanilla, stracciatella, and gianduia.

Chef Davide was patient and worked with everyone to make sure they were all doing ok. The recipes were easy enough to follow but not so hard you couldn’t do it on your own. Great experience and hope to do it again soon!
