Online Cooking Class - Health-Boosting Mocktails

Power up with these four mood-boosting beverages meant relax and bring balance to your diet.

Chef Angela-Michelle will bring her knowledge of plant-based nutrition to this mocktail-making class as you create libations that will power you from the inside with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Begin with an elderberry and rose tonic that will tingle your tongue with a delightfully floral and tart taste. Next, craft two teas made for relaxing. The first with fresh lemon, mint, dried hibiscus flowers and agave. Second, calming ashwagandha with lavender and chamomile. Lastly, you'll make golden saffron and turmeric milk flavored with cinnamon and honey.

Prep Work Details

Before we embark on some culinary fun, we must first properly prepare to ensure a seamless and timely event. Be sure to carefully review these instructions, as well as pass them on to your guest to review. The items listed below must be completed PRIOR TO the class start time: 1. Have all produce, herbs, etc. washed and ready to use. 2. Peel turmeric root. 3. Have all cooking tools and equipment out on your countertop or cooktop. 4. Have all of the ingredients already measured for quantity (based on the recipes) and ready to use. 5. Have the water boiling. 6. Have the milks warming. Also note, the measurements listed on the recipes are specific to the time frame allotted for the event. Therefore, anyone attempting to double or triple the recipe won't be able to keep up with the flow of the cooking class.

Angela-Michelle was incredible! The entire process was super easy from the meal prep to the final tasting! Cooking does not come naturally to me, and Angela-Michelle made it simple and fun. My husband and I did this for our anniversary, and we really enjoyed it. The food had simple ingredients and tasted absolutely amazing!
