Great class! Chef Logan not only taught us how to make delicious paella and sangria, but also taught us excellent knife skills we'll use whenever we cook. Highly recommend the class.

My mother and I signed up for the Paella class around the holidays and it was so much fun. We appreciated how Chef Logan shared a lot of helpful tips even beyond the course recipes and interesting information about the dish including variations. We’ll both be doing this again.
