Online Cooking Class - Natural and Healthy Detox Drinks

Learn how to prepare natural (and delicious!) detox drinks and raise a glass to your health.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Angela-Michelle, you will learn how to prepare a variety of natural detox drinks, including "orange" juice, two different types of tea, and a smoothie using homemade almond milk. You will also learn the secrets to building a well-balanced smoothie as well as how to seamlessly incorporate these natural detox drinks into your daily routine to achieve optimal results.

Prep Work Details

Before we embark on some culinary fun, we must first properly prepare to ensure a seamless and timely event. Be sure to carefully review these instructions, as well as pass them on to your guest to review. The items listed below must be completed PRIOR TO the class start time: 1. Have all produce, herbs, etc. washed and ready to use. 2. Peel turmeric root. 3. Have water boiling. 4. Have all cooking tools and equipment out on your countertop or cooktop. 5. Have all of the ingredients already measured for quantity (based on the recipes) and ready to use. Also note, the measurements listed on the recipes are specific to the time frame allotted for the event. Therefore, anyone attempting to double or triple the recipe won't be able to keep up with the flow of the cooking class.
